HIGH COURT OF DELHI
Pursuant to Hon’ble Court’s order dated the 02.12.2010 to reconstitute the panel of Counsels for the Official Liquidator, Official Liquidator attached to the High Court of Delhi, invite Applications from eligible candidates for empanelment in the Panel. The present strength of the panel, eligibility for empanelment and the revised fee structure payable and other conditions are as under
1. Senior Standing Counsel : 01 Posts
Eligibility : Minimum experience of 07 years and should be an income tax payee, at least for the last four years and having minimum net income of at least Rs. 4.5 lacs in any two years from legal profession.
2. Standing Counsel (Company Court) : 06 Posts
Eligibility : Minimum experience of 04 years and should be an income tax payee for two years and having minimum net income of at east Rs.3 lacs in any year from legal profession.
3. Drafting Counsel : 02 Posts
Eligibility : Minimum experience of 03 years and should be an income tax payee for at least two years with taxable income from profession. He/she should have good command over English and his/her drafting skill and knowledge about company and commercial laws will be tested.
4. Addl. Standing Counsel (DRT) : 01 Post
Eligibility : Minimum experience of 04 years and should be an income tax payee for at least two years and having minimum net income of atleast Rs.2.50 lacs in any year from legal profession
5. Addl.Standing Counsel (District Court) : 02 Posts
Eligibility : Minimum experience of 03 years and should be an income tax payee for one year and having income of at least Rs. 2 lacs in any year from legal profession.
How To Apply :
Advocates who are interested to be empanelled as above, may submit their applications alongwith the necessary documents to the Official Liquidator at the above mentioned address. The present panel of advocates will also be eligible for consideration. The last date for submission of applications is 31st January, 2011.
